Acne Free In 3 Days is an audacious title that can actually deliver, if you have mild to moderate acne. If you have severe or cystic acne you will need a different approach.
Mild acne is an occasional pimple, whitehead or blackhead or two or three. Moderate acne covers half your face or whatever area.
The Acne Free in 3 Days' method is fairly simple. You go on a special detox diet, not difficult - just boring, for the 3 days. During this time your use some topical products to assist in getting rid of the acne and toxins faster.
If you follow the Acne Free in 3 Days regimen to the letter, you can expect your acne to be cleared up or at least significantly reduced.
Read the above again. You have to follow the book for 3 DAYS, for the method to either clear up or significantly reduce your acne The problem with that is how many of us really want to pay that price for clear skin. We want to take a pill and overnight be acne free.
Sorry kids, it doesn't quite work that way. The price you pay for acne free skin is to follow the book. Oh, you will probably also spend around 25 dollars for the topical products that the author recommends.
If you can discipline yourself for a long weekend you can really improve your acne problem.
What I liked about the book:
The method works.
The book is only 72 pages, you can read the whole thing in a few hours. It is laid out in an easy to read and understand manner. You can put it into use immediately. Don't expect to go on a long date while doing the detox.
Chris Gordon, the author, has a very good method and writes in a way that is easy to read. It is if he is sitting across from you and telling you how to do this. It is not complex or hard to do.
Chris suggests some diet changes and list some foods to avoid to remain acne free.
The internal cleansing diet is good, simple and easy.
What I didn't like:
Chris get a bit long winded at the beginning. He explores his own suffering with acne, the many treatments he tried and how he found a cure that works for about the first 15 pages. He does include information on why traditional acne treatments don't really work.
It does require some self discipline, something a lot of us lack in quantity. It takes all of 3 days, how hard it that?
I believe that staying acne free requires some major lifestyle changes and would like to have seen some discussion on this. Chris does say that if the acne comes back just follow the book's suggestions for another 3 days.
My Thoughts.
The method is the first one I have found that really delivers for me. It has worked for most of the people I know that have tried it, but not all.
It does work, but only if you stick to the method and don't give up after the first day.
I think it was worth it for me, you will have to decide for yourself. If I find something better you will read about it here.
Good Luck
